Job Title: Social Media Executive
Role Summary
We're looking for a social-media-native professional who is curious, creative, and plugged into trends. Someone who understands culture, humour, and timingand can turn everyday moments in an auto brand into engaging content people actually enjoy.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Content & Creativity
* Create engaging content ideas (reels, posts, stories, captions) aligned with brand tone
* Bring humour, relatability, and freshness to automotive content
* Spot content opportunities from workshops, showrooms, events, and daily brand life
2. Trend & Platform Awareness
* Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, and platform changes
* Adapt trends smartly for the brand (not forced or copy-paste)
* Understand what works differently on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
3. Execution & Consistency
* Ensure regular posting as per content calendar
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for smooth execution
* Make appealing power point presentations
4. Community Engagement
* Actively engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in a friendly, brand-safe manner
* Assist with influencer marketing campaigns & collabs to amplify the brand's reach and visibility.
