About the Job
We're looking for a Social Media Executive who understands content, culture, and community, not just posting for the sake of posting. Someone who gets how brands speak on the internet, how stories are built, and how consistency + intent drive growth.
If you enjoy planning content, writing with clarity, spotting trends early, and taking ownership of brand pages, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage social media for 1-2 brands (Instagram-first)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars with clear intent
- Write clean, engaging captions aligned with brand voice
- Coordinate with designers & video editors for creatives
- Publish posts, reels, carousels, and stories consistently
- Ensure daily updates, follow-ups, and smooth communication
- Track basic insights, engagement, and content performance
- Engage with the audience via comments & DMs when required
- Support shoots, campaigns, and content ideas when needed
Who We're Looking For
- 12 years of experience in social media management
- Must have handled at least one brand independently
- Strong understanding of internet-led content & trends
- Clear writing skills (hooks, captions, storytelling)
- Ability to plan content buckets and campaign ideas
- Quick execution, responsiveness, and an ownership mindset
- Comfortable with feedback and fast-paced workflows
- Takes responsibility, doesn't wait to be chased
Tools / Skills
- Instagram content planning & execution
- Caption writing & content ideation
- Understanding of reel formats & trends
- Basic analytics & performance tracking
- Google Docs / Sheets / Notion (or similar tools)
