Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who can plan, manage, and execute end-to-end social media strategies for premium and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, copywriting, trend-spotting, analytics, and community engagement. You'll be responsible for shaping each brand's digital voice while ensuring consistency, creativity, and performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Maintain a 30 day rolling content calendar with consistent posting cadence.

Conduct trend research, competitor benchmarking, and idea generation for regular content improvements.

Contribute fresh concepts for campaigns, launches, collaborations, and seasonal moments.

2. Workflow Management

Create structured briefs for designers and video editors.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Schedule and publish posts via Meta Business Suite

Manage approvals, revisions, and on-time delivery.

3. Community Management & Social Listening

Respond to comments, DMs, and customer interactions promptly while maintaining tone of voice.

Build and nurture communities across all social media platforms.

Conduct regular page audits and prepare SWOT analyses for brands.

Track audience sentiment and escalate real-time issues when necessary.

4. Campaign Execution & Influencer Coordination

Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Coordinate influencer/creator partnerships briefing, negotiation, tracking, and content validation.

Conceptualize engagement activities like contests, polls, and UGC campaigns.

Explore new social platforms and innovative content formats.

5. Analytics, Experiments & Reporting

Ownmonthly reporting including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, saves/shares.

Run A/B experiments (hooks, formats, posting times) and document learnings.

Analyze performance to refine quarterly/annual strategies.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Interaction

Work closely with the design and video teams through clear, well-structured briefs.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align deliverables, feedback, and campaign objectives.

Participate in client meetings and share performance updates.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of proven social media experience in an agency environment (mandatory).
  • Experience managing luxury, lifestyle/ fashion, interior, or premium brands.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and detail-orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
