About This Position

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging tech-focused content, understanding platform-specific trends, and building online communities. If you are passionate about technology, storytelling, and social mediathis role is for you!

What are you going to do

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for tech audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technology, IT services, SaaS, and digital marketing to ensure content relevance.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tech Content Creation
  • Conceptualize, create, and manage tech-related content, such as: Technology news, updates, Industry news, Tech tips, tutorials, explainers, Developer stories, Infographics, reels, and short-form videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal tech teams to produce high-quality video and written content.
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and company goals.
  • Community Engagement
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and initiate meaningful conversations within the tech community.
  • Run polls, discussions and interactive content to increase engagement.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key social media metrics such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor performance and new digital trends.
  • Tools & Technologies
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube Studio, Threads, etc.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to use design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, and basic video editing software.

You Need To Have

  • 13 years of experience managing social media accounts (preferably for a tech brand, IT company).
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and increasing engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape, emerging technologies, and IT industry terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts.
  • Creative storytelling abilities and a passion for technology-driven content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of audience behavior across social platforms.
