Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Branding Specialist to build and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media channels, and driving engagement through impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media branding strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, hiring branding, and promotions
  • Manage paid campaigns and boost posts when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in social media management or branding
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
  • Strong creativity and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in employer branding or B2B branding
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
