Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own the content and growth strategy for all Routed Media social media handles & accounts of talent managed by the Company (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars, campaigns, and creator collaborations.
- Design platform-native content strategies to drive engagement and reach.
Content Creation & Curation
- Lead the development of engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, and community-first content.
- Collaborate with in-house creators, designers, and video editors to deliver thumb-stopping content.
Analytics, Trends & Optimization
- Track performance KPIs across channels using tools like Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and analytics dashboards.
- Optimize content formats and posting schedules based on insights and performance trends.
- Stay on top of social and creator trends to inject cultural relevance into content.
Brand Voice & Community Building
- Establish a strong, consistent brand voice for Routed across platforms.
- Build an active follower base through conversation, storytelling, and timely engagement.
- Respond to comments, engage with creator content, and nurture a loyal social community.
Campaign Integration & Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to amplify key launches and campaigns.
- Support influencer onboarding and showcase cohort journeys and milestones socially.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creator-led brands.
- Must be a creator themselves with at least 20k followers or must have a track record of having built the social reach for a start-up to over 100k followers.
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, short-form video formats, and content virality mechanics.
- Proven track record in building or managing brand handles from scratch.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficient in social analytics tools and community growth strategies.
