Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Pune Division. The responsibilities include planning and creating content for social media platforms and managing campaigns to improve engagement. The Social Media Executive will oversee social media accounts, conduct social media optimization (SMO), and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Collaboration with internal teams to create cohesive communication strategies is integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with reCharkha's vision and campaigns.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos) that tells the story of our products, artisans, and impact.
• Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and insights to drive improvements.
• Engage with our community: respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and authentic way.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations team to highlight new products, collaborations, and events.
• Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in Media Planning and campaign management
• Creative thinking and a keen interest in sustainability and social impact initiatives
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and improve social media strategies
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively on-site within a team
• Relevant work experience in social media management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline
• Own a functional laptop and smart phone with a decent camera.
