Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage all
content and communication across digital platforms for Plastics For Change and its
leadership team. The ideal candidate should excel in storytelling, visual communication, and
digital engagement, while ensuring brand consistency and strong audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Media Management (Brand & Leadership)
Manage and grow social media channels for Plastics For Change (Instagram,
LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
Website Management (SEO/AIO, Content Optimisation)
Manage personal social media profiles of PFC leadership, ensuring alignment with
brand tone and messaging.
Craft thought-leadership content, quotes, updates, and insights for leadership
accounts.
Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
Create monthly content calendars, track content buckets, publish posts, and engage
with the audience regularly.
Draft captions, stories, blogs, newsletters and short-form content.
Work with design teams/vendors to produce creatives, videos, and visual assets.
Repurpose content from webinars, events, and stakeholder stories for social
platforms.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
3. Community Management
Engage with comments, DMs, and queries across all platforms.
Track sentiment, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand.
Coordinate with internal teams for responses where needed.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Track follower growth, engagement, and content performance.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Marketing/Communications/Media.
13 years of experience in social media management.
Agency Experience is an advantage.
Strong writing, communication, and digital storytelling skills.
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite,
LinkedIn Analytics).
Skills Required

Strong coordination and time management abilities.
Basic design capability (Canva preferred).
