Job Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for leading and overseeing onsite social media accounts, teams, and client relationships. This full-time onsite role focuses on planning, supervision, quality control, and performance alignment across multiple client portfolios. The manager ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and clients, maintains communication discipline, and drives account continuity and revenue stability. The role carries ownership for reporting accuracy, delivery timelines, and relationship retention. Primary Responsibilities
Lead and supervise social media teams managing multiple client accounts
Maintain direct communication with clients for planning, reviews, and escalations
Coordinate onsite with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure delivery alignment
Review performance metrics and present structured reports to clients and leadership
Manage account planning discussions linked to renewals and long-term retention
Support commercial conversations related to scope, pricing, and account continuity
