This role focuses on daily content creation, audience engagement, authority building, and supporting long-form content distribution to strengthen the overall brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Channel Management & Optimization- Maintain, update, and optimize brand presence across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging, tone, and publishing cadence across all channels.
- Continuously refine social bios, hashtags, cover images, and content formats to maximize visibility and engagement.
2. Daily Micro-Content Production- Produce daily micro-content such as posts, carousels, short videos, reels, quotes, and storytelling snippets aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Experiment with new trends, formats, and hooks to maintain engagement and strengthen authority.
- Create content tailored specifically for each platform, ensuring it meets audience expectations and best practices.
3. Collaboration With Brand Journalists & Content Teams- Coordinate with the Brand Journalist & Ghostwriter to repurpose long-form articles, podcasts, newsletters, and pillar content into social-ready posts.
- Maintain a consistent publishing pipeline by transforming long-form insights into daily, high-impact social media assets.
- Work with designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across formats.
4. YouTube Publishing Optimization- Manage and optimize all YouTube uploads, including:
- Search-optimized titles
- Keyword-rich descriptions
- Relevant tags and categories
- Thumbnail direction and consistency
- Implement YouTube SEO best practices to improve discovery and watch time.
- Coordinate with podcast and video teams to publish weekly episodes and clips.
5. Engagement, Community Management & Authority Building- Actively manage social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and discussions across all platforms.
- Build authority by engaging with high-value accounts, industry leaders, influencers, and potential collaborators through strategic commenting and participation.
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations to support real-time engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in social media management, content publishing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube).
- Ability to create content that is visually appealing, strategically aligned, and performance-driven.
- Familiarity with basic SEO and YouTube search optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple content schedules and meet daily publishing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing social channels for founders, CEOs, or thought leaders.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).
- Basic design or video editing skills for fast-paced content production.
Understanding of content funnels, audience psychology, and authority-building strategies.
