We're Hiring: Social Media Associate / Social Media Manager

Location: Boring Road, Patna (In-Office)

Salary:

• Social Media Associate: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

• Social Media Manager: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month

• Social Media Assistant: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

(Final role and compensation will be based on experience, skills, and the selection process.)

Growth: Performance-based increment and growth opportunities after 3–6 months.

About the Role

Mideaseed is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Associate / Manager to help manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns

• Collaborate with design, content, and production teams

• Stay updated with platform trends, features, and algorithm changes

• Monitor content performance and generate actionable insights

• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and engagement activities

• Support shoot planning and content coordination when required

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content

• Excellent communication and content-writing skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools is a plus

• Experience with paid advertising is an added advantage
