What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end content creation & posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest while maintaining strong brand voice and visual identity
- Stay updated with trends, reel formats, hooks & algorithm changes to keep content engaging and performance-driven
- Plan and execute social media strategies & campaigns; analyze insights to drive growth, engagement & conversions
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns & seasonal plans
- Scout, onboard & manage influencers from outreach and negotiation to final reel delivery ensuring quality & brand alignment Create moodboards and guide photographers/videographers during in-house & professional shoots
- Capture BTS content and shoot in-house reels & product videos for quick, trend-based execution
Required Skills:
- Canva proficiency (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, VN, InShot (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form content strategy
- Basic knowledge of analytics & performance insights
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative direction ability
