Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Assistant will manage and produce engaging social media content, assist with social media marketing campaigns, interact with audiences, and support overall brand presence across platforms. This role involves working in a collaborative environment with an ad agency team to develop creative strategies and ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media platforms and an understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to produce engaging and effective content
• Experience with Social Media Content Creation, including design tools or applications
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting and manage multiple projects effectively
• Knowledge of digital trends and analytics tools to optimize social media performance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency is beneficial
