Key Responsibility
- Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to improve reach and engagement
- Monitor brand performance and drive audience growth
- Analyze competitor activity and implement innovative ideas
- Collaborate with content and design teams for high-quality output
- Manage and mentor interns, ensuring task allocation and timely execution
- Review content created by interns and provide feedback for improvement
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics
