Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Social Media Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing and developing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, optimizing social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and monitoring engagement metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyzing performance results, and identifying trends to optimize efforts and improve reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Writing and Communication skills
• Experience in Media Planning for social platforms
• An understanding of digital analytics tools and the ability to analyze social media metrics
• Ability to create engaging content tailored to brand voice and performance goals
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant experience in agriculture, sustainability, or related industries is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
