Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Executive:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, captions, and videos.
Monitor audience engagement and adjust strategy accordingly to increase reach and followers.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to measure success.
Experience with paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting different customer segments.
Design email templates using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), Constant Contact, etc.
Write compelling copy and subject lines to improve open and click-through rates.
Manage mailing lists, audience segmentation, and automation workflows
Track and report on campaign performance, including delivery rates, engagement, and conversions.
Ensure emails comply with data protection laws and email marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in social media management and marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and eye for design basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
