Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, and campaigns, that align with Jisora's brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to continuously improve Jisora's social media presence.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt content to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and industry developments.
  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo and video editing software are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in Jaipur and available for full-time on-site work at Jisora's headquarters.
