Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Social Media Marketing Executive. The incumbent will manage social media channels, create engaging and visually appealing content, and develop strategies to increase online presence and audience engagement. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing campaign performance, crafting marketing strategies for social media, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and aligning campaigns with brand strategy

- Knowledge of analytics tools to track and optimize social media performance
- Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories.
- Create creative captions and coordinate with the design team for visuals.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
