About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Social Media Executive to manage large-scale distribution marketing across 50+ fan pages. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling automation tools, short-form content distribution, and platform algorithms while maintaining consistency and avoiding spam-like activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate 50+ fan pages for distribution marketing through automation
- Upload and distribute reels/posts across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as per strategy
- Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite (mandatory) or similar social media management tools
- Maintain strict posting timelines, content variations, and page-wise distribution tracking
- Write, adapt, and optimize captions, hashtags, and basic CTAs
- Ensure content aligns with current market trends and platform best practices
- Coordinate closely with content, design, and strategy teams
- Maintain consistency across pages while preventing duplication or spam-triggering behavior
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement trends
Tools & Skills Required (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
- Experience managing multiple social media pages/accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of reels, short-form content, and distribution marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content optimization and automation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in health, wellness, or education content
- Understanding of content repurposing strategies
- Basic analytics knowledge to track and interpret performance metrics
Experience Required: 13 years (relevant experience mandatory)
