Experience:

  • Executive: 1–3 Years
  • Intern: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Industry Preference: Digital Agencies / Brands / Lifestyle, Architecture, Interior Design or Design-led Brands

About Us:

Vivre Panels is a growing brand in the plywood, laminate, and interior solutions space. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive / Intern to support and manage our digital presence across platforms.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, content planning, and platform execution. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, coordinating with the creative team, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Platform Management

  • Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
  • Translate campaigns, product launches, and brand updates into engaging social media content
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, format, and posting structure

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the creative/design team for timely content delivery
  • Handle content scheduling, posting, and publishing across platforms
  • Support in maintaining a smooth content workflow and approvals

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports
  • Identify basic insights to improve content performance

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing and performance teams to align organic and paid campaigns
  • Support social media execution during launches, exhibitions, and campaigns

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Intern: Strong interest in social media / digital marketing
  • Preferred background in design-led industries (interiors, architecture, lifestyle brands)

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Knowledge of content planning and scheduling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Tools & Platforms (Preferred):

  • Social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Meta Business Suite
  • LinkedIn management tools
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
  • Excel / Google Sheets
