Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Rajendra Place. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with brand and business objectives. The role involves engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring conversations to strengthen brand presence and reputation. The Social Media Executive will support media planning, track performance using analytics tools, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead generation. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to maintain consistent messaging, develop creative ideas, and support broader marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse digital audiences.
  • Experience or familiarity with Media Planning to support channel selection, campaign scheduling, and budget allocation.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Comfort using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling and listening tools).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content role within consulting, B2B, or growth-focused environments is an advantage.
