Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive with 3-5 years of experience to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong designing skills , a flair for creating videos and engaging content , and the ability to craft impactful matter for diverse social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design visually appealing creatives, graphics, and layouts tailored for each platform.
  • Conceptualize and produce short videos, reels, and motion graphics to boost audience interaction.
  • Write compelling copy and matter for posts, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and creative formats.

Required Skills Competencies

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
  • Ability to create engaging videos, reels, and multimedia content.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in social media analytics tools.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
