About The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and engage with our growing community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for high-quality, SEO-optimized content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook. This role involves managing accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Indian farmers growth and engagement goals
- Create and curate SEO-optimized, engaging content, including captions, posts, and updates
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting across platforms
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content based on insights
- Identify trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives
