Art of Puja is looking to hire two creative, data-aware, and growth-focused Social Media Executives who can take complete ownership of our social media presence. This role goes beyond posting content it is about scaling reach, building community, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Own end-to-end content creation aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Plan and execute monthly & weekly content calendars
- Create platform-specific content (Reels, short videos, carousels, static posts, captions)
- Experiment with formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and trends
- Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage and scale presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (Twitter)
- Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement
- Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Identify opportunities for collabs, trends, and viral moments
- Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
- Analyze what's working and optimize content using insights
- Share weekly/monthly performance updates and improvement ideas
- Brand Building & Collaboration
- Ensure visual consistency and brand tone
- Work closely with design, marketing, and growth teams
- Support brand launches, festive campaigns, and product drops with high-impact content
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital trends
