The Role: Own the Narrative

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to work directly with the Founder.

This isn't a task-execution role; it's an ownership role. You will be responsible for:

• Strategy & Ideation: Planning and implementing high-authority social media campaigns.
• Content Marketing: Bridging the gap between creative storytelling and measurable organic reach.
• Collaborative Execution: Working with our lean team (Design/Ads) to ensure every piece of content serves the overall brand goal.

Who You Are

• Instagram Savvy: You understand the nuances of the algorithm, but you care more about the human on the other side of the screen.
• A Specialist: You are passionate in at least one: Content Writing, Creative Strategy, Trend Research.
• An Expert Communicator: You can articulate a brand's why with clarity and wit.
• Metrics-Aware: You know that a like is good, but authority and shareability are better.
