About the Role
Growth Leaders Consulting is looking for a dynamic social media executive to manage and grow social media presence for diverse B2C and B2B clients. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts (planning, execution, optimisation)
- Create engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with client objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on insights
- Collaborate with designers for creatives and ensure timely delivery
- Handle client communication and ensure deliverables are met
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (B2C & B2B exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts (SEO, campaigns, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Ability to multitask and work in a small, collaborative team
