About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organizedSocial Media Executiveto support the daily execution of content creation, social media management, shoot coordination, and influencer collaborations. The role also includes managing the LinkedIn presence of the brand and founders, ensuring a strong professional footprint across platforms. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to execute campaigns efficiently and maintain high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation, Shoot Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinatephotoshoots and video shootsfrom start to finish, including scheduling, logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Prepare detailedshoot plans, shot lists, concepts, and prop requirements.
  • Conductlocation scouting and recceto identify spaces suitable for brand aesthetics.
  • Coordinate withmodels, creators, and talent, ensuring smooth communication and availability.
  • Ensure all props, setup materials, and supporting resources are arranged before every shoot.
  • Maintain structured documentation for each shootconcept, timeline, expected deliverables, and output.

2. Social Media Management (Brand + Founders)

  • Manage daily posting acrossInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional relevant platforms.
  • Handle content publishing forStories, Reels, feed posts, and professional updates.
  • Assist in ideation, content drafting, and curation aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Manage and grow theLinkedIn profile of the brand and founders, including:
  • Content ideation
  • Writing posts
  • Publishing updates
  • Engaging with industry-relevant content and communities
  • Ensure platform hygiene, consistency, and timely posting across all channels.

3. Influencer Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and shortlist influencers aligned with brand goals.
  • Coordinate with influencers forbriefing, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Follow up for submissions, revisions, and posting commitments.
  • Maintain organized logs of influencer outreach, agreements, content deliveries, and results.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track platform metrics such asreach, engagement, views, save rates, shares, and follower growth.
  • Create simplified weekly and monthly analytics reports.
  • Share insights on what's working, what's not, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics for both brand and founders.
  • Maintain a repository of performance benchmarks for shoots, influencers, and content formats.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in arranging props and shoot essentials.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and creative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all shoots, locations, props, influencer collaborations, and content assets.
  • Support overall content execution and operational marketing tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in social media management, content execution, influencer marketing, or shoot coordination.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform best practicesespecially Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and content structuring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight timelines.
