Experience: 1-2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media Management

  • Plan, strategize, and maintain monthly social media content calendars across platforms.
  • Coordinate end-to-end content creation processes, including ideation, scripting, mood boarding, and execution.
  • Support and manage campaign shoots, from pre-production planning to on-ground coordination with creative, production, and client teams.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content hygiene, brand consistency, and timely delivery of posts.

Client Coordination & Communication

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in handling assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, reviews, and meetings.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable content and social media strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Provide insights and data-backed recommendations to improve content output and platform performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform best practices to keep strategies updated.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with internal teams - creative, production, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot social media issues, address client concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining copy hygiene and verifying all communication assets meet quality and brand standards.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
  • Experience handling shoots, content calendars, and end-to-end social content workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in social media, account management, or a related role.
