Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, leveraging data and AI-driven insights
- Create, publish, and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, hashtag research, trend analysis, and performance optimization
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, including setup, audience targeting, tracking, A/B testing, and optimization
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with designers and content creators using AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and derive actionable insights for growth
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, algorithms, and platform updates
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
- Plan and execute growth campaigns using data-backed and AI-supported strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience or interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to produce platform-specific content
- Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple platforms independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling brand accounts or agency-level social media management
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, influencer outreach, trend marketing, and digital PR
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and content optimization
