Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Kolkata, with an expected salary range of 10,00014,000 per month (based on skills & experience). Responsibilities include managing social media pages, creating and scheduling content, responding to inquiries, and tracking engagement across platforms. Occasional travel may be required for content creation and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 01 year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and engagement strategies
• Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva preferred)
• Good communication and creative thinking
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage daily posting schedules and maintain brand consistency
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
• Assist in creating promotional campaign ideas for travel services
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for offers and updates
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare insights
