About the Role:We are looking for a meme mastermind who's quick with humor, sharp with trends, and knows what makes the internet laugh. As a Social Media Executive for Meme Pages, you'll be responsible for creating, curating, and scaling meme-driven content that builds loyal communities and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle and grow Instagram meme pages with a focus on engagement and relatability.
- Create content around trending topics, pop culture, desi context, Gen Z behavior, and workplace humor.
- Work closely with design and video teams to deliver high-quality meme posts, reels, and stories.
- Use analytics to monitor post performance and refine content strategy.
- Maintain a content pipeline to ensure frequency and consistency in posting.
- Keep a sharp eye on meme trends across Reddit, Twitter, Instagram & pop culture zones.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience operating or growing meme pages.
- Exceptional sense of humor with a finger on the pulse of what's trending.
- Ability to write meme copy and captions that are funny, fresh, and relevant.
- Strong knowledge of meme formats, reels audio trends, and viral behavior.
- Comfort with basic tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
