This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in our Pune office. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, curating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing social media trends, engaging with audiences, collaborating with teams to align strategies, and crafting innovative campaigns. The role also entails measuring the performance of posts and campaigns and providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including content scheduling, engagement, and trend analysis
• Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Design for social platforms
• Understanding of Data Analytics, Social Media Metrics, and Strategy Optimization
• Familiarity with Social Media Tools and Platforms, including scheduling and analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Creative thinking and passion for staying updated with evolving social media trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role in a professional setting is an advantage
