Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and support content creation initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, trainers, and the marketing team to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor engagement and interact with the online community when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and how they work.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and publish content on time.
- A good eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
