Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Executive role with a hybrid work arrangement. The candidate will independently plan, create and manage social media content for Cliqwell and its portfolio of products across relevant platforms.

Responsibilities include developing content calendars and campaign ideas, creating platform-specific posts and copy, designing graphics and carousels, editing short-form videos, scheduling and publishing content, managing audience engagement, tracking performance metrics and recommending improvements. The role also involves collaborating with product and design stakeholders to ensure accurate, relevant and consistent communication.

Qualifications

• Practical skills in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
• Ability to write engaging copy and create graphics, carousels and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and CapCut, VN or equivalent alternatives.
• Understanding of content calendars, publishing practices, audience engagement and social media analytics.
• Good communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with relevant skills and practical work samples are welcome to apply. Prior professional experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
