Roles & Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive :
Plan, create, and execute engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
Create, maintain, and execute a monthly content calendar covering daily posts, campaigns, festivals, offers, and brand activities; ensure timely approvals and publishing.
Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews promptly to build a strong and positive online community.
Work closely with designers, videographers, influencers, and marketing teams to plan, produce, and execute content and campaigns effectively.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio, hashtags, and platform updates, and creatively adapt them for the brand.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance; prepare regular reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
Support digital marketing campaigns, store launches, festive promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
Ensure all communication reflects the brand's tone and values; handle feedback or negative comments professionally and escalate when required.
Assist with boosting posts, coordinating paid ads, and supporting performance marketing activities.
Maintain records of content, calendars, approvals, creatives, and performance reports for smooth workflow and future reference.
