You will create director level research, compelling content, craft persuasive copy, and execute strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence. Your ability to understand the needs of businesses and produce engaging social media content will be key to driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the B2B SaaS and Service Focused Industry, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

- Create engaging and on-brand content, including posts, captions, video scripts, and graphics that resonate with hospitality businesses.

- Craft compelling, high-quality copy that promotes our services and products, ensuring it aligns with brand tone and messaging.

- Monitor and analyse social media performance, using insights to optimise content strategies and maximise engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices within the B2B and hospitality sectors.

- Manage social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tools to track performance metrics.

- Assist in developing and executing paid social media campaigns where relevant.

- Foster and engage in online communities like Reddit and Substack, building relationships with key industry influencers and businesses.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on B2B marketing.

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, clear, and engaging content.
