Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Junior HR cum Talent Acquisition Executive with 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience. As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent to join our organization, developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel, and administering employee benefits programs. The role will require strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to foster positive relationships across the organization.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR cum Talent Acquisition Executive who can drive hiring while also supporting core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets
2. HR Operations (Secondary Role)
Handle onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HRMS data
Assist in attendance and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives
Address basic employee queries and HR support
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to close positions within deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Basic knowledge of HR operations
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred but optional)
Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT roles
Exposure to ATS tools or HRMS systems
