Job Description

Social Media Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 Years

Reporting To: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support the planning and execution of social media campaigns for leading brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent copywriting skills, experience managing online communities, and a keen interest in digital trends and influencer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Campaign Management

  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Assist in developing content calendars, campaign plans, engagement strategies, and social media recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of social media activities in line with client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis.

Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day interactions across social media platforms.
  • Draft timely, brand-appropriate responses to audience queries, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and community engagement across channels.
  • Escalate customer concerns and sensitive issues to relevant stakeholders when required.

Copywriting & Social Media Communication

  • Write engaging, error-free, and platform-specific copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, and community management.
  • Adapt tone of voice based on brand guidelines and audience requirements.
  • Contribute creative ideas for social media activations, contests, and engagement initiatives.

Influencer & Digital Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and digital content creators.
  • Support influencer identification, outreach, onboarding, and campaign coordination.
  • Maintain and regularly update influencer and digital media databases.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related agency role.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and community management practices.
  • Experience working on integrated digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and online communities.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
