Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal for a Social Media Executive. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, creating and managing engaging content, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. The candidate will also handle media planning, monitor analytics, and collaborate with teams to increase online engagement and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Media Planning and Communication
- Proficiency in Writing and crafting engaging social content
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Creative mindset with knowledge of trends in digital marketing and social platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong organizational skills are desirable

- Manage and maintain social media pages (posting, scheduling, monitoring)
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and growth
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Skills & Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience or interest in reel editing and creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Ability to write engaging and conversion-focused ad copies
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and trends
- Growth-focused mindset with an understanding of brand building
