The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Calendar

• Create monthly content calendars in coordination with the client's PR section.
• Align content with client's work, public announcements, events, and campaigns.
• Integrate thematic campaigns such as consumer awareness, digital India, etc.

2. Content Planning & Deployment

• Schedule and publish daily posts across:
• Twitter (X)
• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Ensure posts are timely, compliant, and relevant.
• Use appropriate hashtags, tagging, and metadata for optimization.

3. Real-Time Monitoring & Engagement

• Monitor platforms 24x7 for mentions, tags, and trends related to client.
• Flag critical public feedback or negative sentiment to the client's official concerned.
• Coordinate and implement responses per client's escalation protocol.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards for:
• Impressions, reach, clicks, shares, likes, comments
• Engagement rates and audience sentiment
• Submit data to theMonthly Effectiveness Analysis and MIS Reports.
• Highlight top-performing content, campaign outcomes, and recommendations.

5. Content Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Graphic Designer for creatives
• Video Editor for reels, explainers
• Content Writer for captions, scripts
• Provide input on visual treatment based on platform trends.

6. Crisis Communication Support

• Identify and report viral/negative content trends affecting client.
• Coordinate with client to prepare real-time statements or content to manage perception.

7. Influencer & Community Engagement (Organic Only)

• Identify and tag non-paid influencers who amplify client messaging.
• Track public shares and mentions and incorporate findings into monthly reports.

8. Support During Events & Campaigns

• Provide digital amplification for client press conferences, consumer events, or workshops.
• Coordinate live social media coverage during these occasions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing social media for tech sectors
• Strong command over English
• Proven track record of managing multi-platform social strategies

What You Can Expect:

• Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days /year.
• 2 duvet days/year (unscheduled absence when you just want play or sleep all day!)
