About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, client-focused, and team-oriented Jr. Social Media Executive to lead our growing social media team. This role involves end-to-end strategy, execution oversight, client communication, and internal team coordination. If you have a strong grasp of platform trends, content strategy, and leadership, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals, brand voice, and audience to deliver tailored social strategies
Present reports, insights, and creative ideas confidently to clients
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
Ensure timely task delegation, execution, and performance reviews for the team
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop platform-specific content calendars and campaign strategies
Hands-on editing of Reels and short-form video content to stay ahead of trends.
Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend creative approaches
Review and take approval of the content before scheduling to ensure consistency and quality
Performance Tracking:
Analyze post and campaign performance using native and third-party analytics tools
Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Prepare monthly performance reports for both internal review and client presentations
Process & Quality Management:
Establish efficient workflows and quality standards for team output
Coordinate with internal departments to align social content with overall brand and marketing goals
Mandatory:
Attend all client meetings, physical shoots, and events as required to ensure seamless execution and live coverage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house team, Free-lancers with equivalent experience also preferred.
Proven experience in handling multiple clients across sectors
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
Leadership experience managing small teams and creative resources
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with tools like Buffer/Hootsuite/ Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms (AI Creative Tools experience is a bonus)
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with influencer collaboration or paid media campaigns
Certifications in social media or digital marketing
Working knowledge of design and video tools.
