Company Description Arch Events is a Dubai-based event planning, design, and production company that creates meaningful experiences for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations across the UAE.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Executive.

The Social Media Executive will develop and execute social media strategies that support event campaigns and brand storytelling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day posting schedules, creating engaging captions and basic visual content, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role also involves coordinating with the events and design teams to gather assets, plan social media calendars around key events, and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. The Social Media Executive will engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and comments, and identify new trends and opportunities to grow Arch Events digital presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule content, allocate budgets, and align social activity with event timelines and marketing goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with basic graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) and familiarity with social media analytics.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
