About the Role:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Executive/Social Media Executive who has a strong grasp of social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, PR, Event Management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence and executing impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
2. Influencer Marketing & PR
- Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers to drive campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong PR relationships for brand visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
3. Campaign & Event Management
- Support in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and brand activations.
- Ensure smooth execution of online and offline campaigns.
4. ORM
- Assist in WhatsApp marketing campaigns and ORM (Online Reputation Management).
- Contribute to performance-driven content strategies for digital channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content strategy (top priority).
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and PR campaigns.
- Knowledge of event planning and execution will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing/branding roles.
- Creative thinker with analytical mindset.
