About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content planning, trend analysis, brand storytelling, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (copy + basic design coordination with the team).
- Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools and present insights.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate on campaigns, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing/management.
- Strong understanding of content trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Good to Have
- Basic design understanding (Canva/Figma).
- Experience in handling ads is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
