Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media & Digital Outreach Associateto support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role is integral to expanding our digital presence, generating leads, and building strong online engagement.
The role involves monitoring social media trends, actively engaging with online communities, and supporting outreach efforts to expand partnerships and reach new audiences. You will also assist in creating presentations and planning online events to foster meaningful connections within the community.
You will work closely with the Sales Team, aligning digital outreach strategies with enrollment and business growth objectives.
This is a full-time, fully remote position based in India.The selected candidate will be required to work in alignment with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, with standard working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and post content promoting the College's programs and services to drivelead generation and sales
- Engage across platforms including Facebook , LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to improve engagement and visibility
- Create compelling content including posts, captions, and promotional messaging
- Draft and send email notifications and campaigns to users and prospective leads
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build relationships
- Assist in creating presentations and supporting event planning initiatives
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support outreach and partnership development
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better conversions
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships within diverse communities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage varied audiences
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consulting is highly preferred
- Minimum 5+ Years Experience in community outreach, including social media management and digital engagement strategies
- Proficiency in presentations and public speaking for events, training sessions, and community initiatives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Prior education in digital marketing, outreach, or a related field is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
