About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to own and build our brand presence across platforms. This is not a coordination role, instead, this is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for shaping and growing our brand identity across multiple directions, whether IT services, AI solutions, or new product launches. You should be comfortable creating content end-to-end and turning ideas into engaging digital narratives.
What You'll Own

- Brand storytelling and positioning
- Content creation using AI tools
- Performance tracking and optimisation
- Content calendars and execution
You will play a key role in defining how the brand is perceived online.

Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media Growth
- Build and grow brand presence across social platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and threads
- Develop platform-specific content strategies
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity
Content Creation (AI-First)
You should be comfortable creating content using modern tools. This includes:
- AI-generated posts and captions
- Reels and short-form videos
- YouTube content and shorts
- Carousels and visual storytelling
- Hook writing and storytelling
- Rapid content experimentation
- You should be able to turn ideas into content quickly.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Run Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
- Manage YouTube Ads and experiment with new channels
- Structure campaigns, audiences, and funnels
- Perform creative A/B testing
- Optimise campaigns for performance metrics
Brand Identity & Positioning
- Help shape brand voice and tone
- Adapt content based on company direction (services, AI, products)
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency
- Translate ideas into strong digital narratives
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across platforms
- Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics
- Understand CPL, CAC, CTR where applicable
- Build simple performance dashboards
- Present insights to leadership
Experimentation & Growth
- Test new formats and trends
- Stay updated with evolving social media dynamics
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms
- Rapidly iterate based on performance
Must-Have Skills
- 46+ years of hands-on social media experience
- Strong understanding of multi-platform content dynamics
- Experience running Meta Ads independently
- Familiarity with YouTube and short-form video ecosystems
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently without heavy supervision
