About the Role
We're looking for a highly proactive and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can independently manage content creation end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands platform dynamics, can execute quickly, and consistently deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage and execute a fast-paced content calendar with quick turnaround times
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and strong CTAs to drive engagement
- Optimize content using relevant keywords, hashtags, and platform best practices
- Develop basic scripts and content ideas aligned with current trends
- Design static posts and creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms
- Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and trend awareness
- Track content performance and optimize based on insights
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Requirements2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media/content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content strategies
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe software suite is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of design tools (Canva or equivalent)
- Strong copywriting skills(captions, hooks, CTAs, keywords)
- Ability to multitask and deliver consistently in a high-speed environment
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Preferred QualificationsExperience managing or scaling brand social media accounts
- On-camera confidence or experience directing shoots
- Understanding of meme culture and viral content trends
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
