Job Description

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
  • Manage and execute daily social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and online communities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Analyze social media performance through metrics, insights, and KPIs, and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and business goals.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for all social platforms.
  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach and visibility of the brand.
  • Execute social media advertising campaigns, including paid posts and sponsored content.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the social space.
  • Assist in the management of social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics to grow the social audience.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative and engaging content.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh ideas for social campaigns and content.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and how to optimize paid campaigns.
