We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who can turn ideas into polished, ready-to-publish content. You will work directly with the founder to execute content ideas and transform them into engaging posts, carousels, and short-form videos across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content and bringing ideas to life fast.

What You'll Do

Content Execution

Convert content ideas into social media posts

Create static posts, carousels, and creatives for social media

Write captions based on provided direction/briefs

Schedule and publish posts across platforms

Video Editing (Core Requirement)

Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn

Add hooks, transitions, music, and motion graphics

Cut long videos/podcasts into short clips

Format videos for different platforms and aspect ratios

Create thumbnails, cover images, and post creatives

Upload and publish content on social platforms

Manage basic engagement (comments & DMs)

Must-Have Skills

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects)

Graphic design skills (Canva / Figma / Photoshop)

Good copywriting for captions & hooks

Experience posting and managing social media accounts

Ability to execute quickly and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Motion graphics / animation skills
