We are expanding in Chennai and seeking a skilled Social Media Executive / Coordinator with proven experience and strong bilingual (Tamil + English) skills to manage end-to-end social media operations.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who can own campaigns from start to finish. You'll not just post content, but also ideate campaigns, manage creative production, and coordinate directly with hospitals/clinics for social media storytelling. If you've already managed brand pages and can confidently bring strategic inputs, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns in Tamil and English.
• Write, edit, and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage content production with videographers/photographers (shoot planning, edits, delivery).
• Liaise directly with hospital/clinic staff for approvals, updates, and on-ground coordination.
• Track analytics, suggest improvements, and ensure campaigns deliver engagement.
• Contribute strategic ideas to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 12 years of hands-on social media experience (agency or healthcare/local brand preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken + written).
• Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics).
• Experience in coordinating creative teams (photographers, editors).
• Comfortable handling direct client interactions.
